About the Role
The Managed Cloud Services Life Sciences Offering team seeks a Cloud Industry Lead to offer industry and technical expertise for Life Sciences customer engagements within our cloud environment. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with customers and colleagues across SAS to deliver exceptional service and ensure regulatory compliance for life science cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide industry and solution expertise to support the implementation of SAS Cloud solutions throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Conduct requirements gathering, workshops, data discovery, analysis, reporting, and presentation/demo sessions for customers.
- Ensure customer environments comply with industry regulations, SAS standards, and best practices.
- Implement business/industry requirements to enhance system stability, monitoring awareness, and reduce operational burden.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve risks, address obstacles, and ensure adherence to security policies and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry and/or technical experience.
- 2 years of experience in clinical trial analysis, consulting, systems support, customer support, or training for enterprise-class software.
- 2 years of experience with SAS, Java, and/or Python programming for supporting enterprise-class applications.
- Experience with the Life Sciences industry and clinical trial analysis to support Cloud customers.
- Proof of right to work in the posted country is required.
