About the Role

This role plays a hands-on part in developing and implementing pay equity and pay transparency initiatives across Europe and the UK at Kraft Heinz. The Sr. Analyst, Pay Equity and Transparency, is part of the European Rewards team, focusing on data, systems, governance, and practical solutions for complex regulatory and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support EU pay transparency project management, design, and implementation across multiple markets.
  • Deliver pay equity and pay transparency data analytics, including models and tools, to support reporting, governance, implementation decisions, and regular compensation processes.
  • Assist in preparing pay equity reporting and regulatory submissions across the UK and Europe.
  • Own key pay transparency processes and tools across multiple countries, including right to information files and tools.
  • Support the development of communication and capability resources for employees, managers, and P&P.
  • Build, maintain, and improve data models, reporting tools, and analytical outputs to enhance reporting readiness, decision-making, and scalable delivery.
  • Own and optimize the Workday, HRIS, and payroll data landscape supporting the pay equity and pay transparency agenda, translating business requirements into system and reporting improvements.
  • Partner with European and Global Compensation teams and stakeholders across P&P, Technology, Legal & Compliance, Payroll, and external advisors to deliver compliant solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong data analytics capability and attention to detail, with high standards for data quality, accuracy, and execution.
  • Ability to build tools, models, and reporting outputs that support delivery and decision-making.
  • Confidence managing responsibilities and deliverables independently in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the initiative to identify issues and drive improvements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in translating technical topics into clear, practical actions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage diverse collaborators.
  • Ability to provide simple solutions for sophisticated challenges.
