Responsibilities
- Own products and services end-to-end, including architecting solutions for disputes and chargebacks.
- Collaborate and grow in a dynamic environment, defining boundaries in disputes and chargebacks across payment methods.
- Be an integral part of the team's culture and working methods, utilizing agile methodologies, pair, and mob programming.
- Use the latest technologies to solve real problems for customers at scale.
- Take full operational responsibility for owned services, ensuring security compliance (GDPR) and participating in on-call rotations.
- Share knowledge, build creative solutions, and help evolve team best practices.
Requirements
- Results-orientation, collaborative, pragmatic, and with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Multiple experiences working with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing and building scalable products and services.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
- Experience or strong interest in the complexities of Disputes or Chargebacks.
- Comfortable making UI changes in React; full stack experience is desirable.
- Great problem-solving abilities and the ability to articulate technical tradeoffs to a broad audience.
- Working proficiency in English.
