About the Role
As an Analyst, you will make an immediate and valuable contribution to a range of cross-industry client assignments. You will work with market-leading data, digital tools, and GenAI, learning from experienced consultants.
Responsibilities
- Develop consulting, practical, and technical skills through a 9-month FAST START training program.
- Utilize creativity and analytical skills to transform data into meaningful conclusions and insights.
- Draft reports and exhibits incorporating impactful data visualization and storytelling for clients.
- Gain exposure to real client assignments and build relationships with high-profile clients across various sectors.
- Assist clients in drafting their Directors’ Remuneration Report, a key component of their Annual Report.
- Broaden understanding of client solutions, digital platforms, and AI applications reshaping the industry.
- Continuously develop skills aligned with personal talents and interests.
- Review executive pay design to ensure pay programs are competitive.
- Support clients with corporate governance, regulatory reviews, and trends updates.
- Provide market benchmarking on pay elements, including base pay, incentive plans, and total reward.
- Support Boards in making informed and strategic remuneration decisions.
- Conduct financial analysis to support remuneration decisions and outcomes, aligning pay with company performance and stakeholder experience.
- Use data analytics, regulatory research, and financial trends to help companies understand and qualify compensation strategies.
Requirements
- A natural problem solver with a sharp and analytical mind.
- Comfortable working with and analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions.
- A confident communicator skilled in building relationships and collaborating effectively.
- Familiarity, at a basic level, with using GenAI platforms to boost productivity and task quality.
- An active listener capable of understanding and responding to others' needs.
- Curious and eager to learn new skills and apply them to evolving client needs.
- Committed to quality and continuously working to achieve the highest excellence standards.
