About the Role
This paid internship within Global Banking offers ambitious students the chance to gain experience in finance, specifically in banking, with a global firm. Interns will evaluate companies, develop M&A models, prepare industry analyses, and get involved in live deal execution.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions
- Prepare industry analyses for pitches
- Get involved in the execution of live deals
- Learn about the industry, our clients and our firm
- Participate in day-to-day operations

Requirements
- In the penultimate or final year of degree, or recently graduated (no more than 6 months from internship start date)
- On track for or possess a 2:1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in first undergraduate degree
- Evidence experimental and responsible use of AI to improve outcomes and efficiency
