About the Role
As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you will help bring the Kendra Scott brand to life during peak seasons. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service and create positive guest experiences, embodying the brand's culture and values.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer-centric service and build strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales goals and contribute to store performance by building guest connections.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Educate guests on product details and offer personalized style suggestions.
- Adapt to various roles including Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
