About the Role
As a full-time Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in implementing business strategies and leading the store's brand experience. Your focus will be on training and coaching the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, achieve revenue targets, and uphold the Kendra Scott culture.
Responsibilities
- Model, teach, and coach WOW service with a customer-first mentality.
- Train and develop team members to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and building guest connections.
- Develop short and long-term business plans to achieve key performance indicators.
- Motivate and inspire the team through feedback and recognition.
- Build brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives.
- Ensure audit and shrink results meet Asset Protection Standards.
- Communicate clearly and provide ongoing performance feedback.
- Adapt to business needs and apply learnings to various situations.
- Collaborate with others to leverage skills and achieve common goals.
- Make real-time, business-critical decisions using reporting and sales trends.
- Champion ideas and positions, and support others.
- Take responsibility for personal and team actions.
- Make sound decisions based on analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be available to work at least 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
