About the Role
This 18-month Graduate Talent Program in Human Resources is designed for ambitious students graduating between 2025 and 2027. It offers rotations through different HR roles, involvement in projects, access to a global network, and support for people priorities. The program aims to build an understanding of how strategic HR teams partner with the business to drive culture, performance, and long-term success.

Requirements
- Graduating between 2025 and 2027.
- Fully completed degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date.
- No more than two years of full-time work experience.
- On track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree.
