About the Role
This 12-month Industrial Placement Program within Global Banking is designed for ambitious students interested in investment banking and a global firm. Participants will gain hands-on experience in evaluating companies, developing M&A models, preparing industry analyses, and executing live deals.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions
- Prepare industry analyses for pitches
- Get involved in the execution of live deals
- Learn about the industry, our clients, and our firm
- Participate in day-to-day operations
- Develop new skills and make contacts
Requirements
- Must complete an Industrial Placement program as part of studies
- Graduating in 2029
- On track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in first undergraduate/bachelor degree
- Evidence experimental and responsible use of AI to improve outcomes and efficiency
