About the Role
This 2027 Summer Internship within the Global Banking - Private Funds Group in London offers ambitious students the opportunity to gain experience in finance and banking with a global firm. Interns will be involved in mandate origination and execution, distribution, and marketing support.
Responsibilities
- Involve in the origination and execution of mandates, and provide distribution and general marketing support.
- Support origination efforts, contributing to pitch presentations and understanding market trends.
- Assist with primary fundraising processes from preparation to closing.
- Participate in restructuring funds and assisting institutional investors with liquidation or monetization.
- Gain insight into fundraising, advisory, restructuring, and recapitalization assignments in real estate.
Requirements
- Must be in the penultimate or final year of studies.
- On track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in a first undergraduate/bachelor degree.
- Can evidence experimental and responsible use of AI to improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Possess values aligned with the firm: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking with strong communication skills.
- Motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
- Curious and eager to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
