About the Role
As a part-time Brand Specialist supporting the new Kendra Scott shop in shop at Macy's Herald Square, you will bring the brand to life for guests by providing exceptional service and sharing your passion for inspired designs and the company's purpose-driven mission.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain guest relationships using WOW Service Principles.
- Drive results by setting and achieving goals to grow brand footprint and store performance.
- Share Kendra Scott's brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
- Adhere to Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
- Educate guests on product details and personal style, making expert product suggestions.
- Adapt and thrive in various situations.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the team to provide WOW experiences for all guests.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Eligible for revenue sharing incentive
- Eligible for $500.00 quarterly bonus (based on store and individual performance)
