About the Role
We are looking for an innovator who can solve problems and increase efficiencies by acquiring product and process knowledge, understanding risks, supporting new business areas, staying aware of market activity, and identifying control gaps.
Responsibilities
- Acquire product and front-to-back process knowledge quickly and apply it to support highly structured or non-standard transactions.
- Understand risks and apply this knowledge to risk metrics.
- Support new or emerging business areas by identifying limitations including systems, risk and operational feasibility.
- Stay aware of current economic and market activity, keeping an eye on how this affects risks.
- Identify and propose potential solutions for addressing control gaps.
Requirements
- Graduating from a university in Japan between June 2027 and July 2028.
- Analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision.
- Plan, organize and communicate well in Japanese.
- Make things happen.

- Register and create an account for a "MyPage".
- Complete an application via MyPage.
- Complete a logical thinking and aptitude test.
- Submit an English resume.
