About the Role
Gain experience in a diverse business area, focusing on meeting the needs of wealthy clients. You will work closely with client advisory teams to help clients develop their wealth and structure finances, enhancing client relationship management skills and understanding of Wealth Management.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with client advisory teams to help clients develop their wealth and structure their existing finances.
- Benefit from assignments that help grow client relationship management skills.
- Develop a better understanding of Wealth Management and business functions.
- Participate in UBS Discovery training program.
- Potentially rotate through desks and business areas to broaden product knowledge and extend network of contacts.
Requirements
- Graduating from a university in Japan between June 2027 and July 2028.
- Ability to analyze a problem, take a view, and come to a decision.
- Ability to plan, organize, and communicate well in Japanese.
- Ability to make things happen.
- Ability to stick with a task.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to come up with ideas.
- Must register and create an account for a "MyPage".
- Must complete an entry sheet via MyPage.
- Must complete a logical thinking and aptitude test via the UBS site.
- Must submit an English resume when applying via the UBS site.
- Logical thinking and aptitude test results are valid for 6 months.
- Application and MyPage entry are limited to one per person.
