About the Role
Support our new shop in shop at Macy's Herald Square. As a part-time Brand Specialist, you will bring our brand to life every day to the Macy's guest by providing WOW service and making a difference in their day. You will be the face of our organization, sharing your love for our inspired designs and purpose-driven brand, while representing the Kendra Scott culture positively.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships using WOW Service Principles.
- Drive results by setting and achieving goals to grow brand footprint and store performance.
- Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
- Adhere to Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
- Educate guests on product details and personal style, making expert product suggestions.
- Adapt and thrive in various situations.
- Proactively resolve concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate with and support the team in providing WOW experiences for all guests.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
