About the Role
As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you will bring the brand to life during peak seasons by providing exceptional service and representing the Kendra Scott culture positively. Your goal is to create WOW experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Provide WOW service to every guest by Making a Difference in their day.
- Build customer relationships and maintain a customer-centric mindset.
- Achieve goals and drive results by building guest connections.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Educate guests on product details and personal style, making expert suggestions.
- Flex between Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.
- Proactively resolve concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate with and support the team in providing WOW experiences.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
