About the Role
As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you will bring the brand to life during peak seasons by providing exceptional service to every guest. Your goal is to make a difference in their day, represent the Kendra Scott culture positively, and embody the brand's inspired designs and purpose-driven mission.
Responsibilities
- Provide WOW service to every guest by Making a Difference in their day.
- Build customer relationships with a customer-centric mindset.
- Achieve goals and drive results by building guest connections to grow brand footprint and store performance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Educate guests on product details and personal style, making expert product suggestions.
- Flex between Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.
- Proactively resolve concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Support the team in providing WOW experiences for all guests.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
