Responsibilities

Support project delivery within Group Internal Consulting, focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning initiatives.
Conduct research, analyze data, and contribute insights for client engagements and business transformation projects.
Assist with the development, testing, and documentation of innovative solutions for business challenges.
Collaborate with consultants, data scientists, and technology teams across the bank.
Contribute to presentations, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
Learn consulting methodologies, project delivery, and problem-solving in a global financial institution.
Support project teams in identifying opportunities for process improvement, enhanced client experiences, and business value through technology.

Requirements

Currently in the penultimate or final year of a bachelor's or master's degree.
Achieved or on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in your first undergraduate degree.
Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
Demonstrates analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Possesses basic experience with programming, data analysis, or technology-related coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities.
Familiarity with Python or other programming languages, with an interest in developing technical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from new experiences.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in business transformation, consulting, and the financial services industry.
