About the Role
We are seeking ambitious students for our 2027 Summer Internship Program within Group Internal Consulting. This role offers the opportunity to propose and implement business improvements, solve problems with actionable solutions, and present complex information clearly.
Responsibilities
- Propose ideas for business improvements and bring them to life.
- Problem-solve and craft actionable solutions for transformation/integration projects.
- Present insights internally by transforming complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations.
Requirements
- Must be in the penultimate or final year of a bachelor or master’s degree.
- On track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree.
- Possess values that align with the firm: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking with strong communication skills.
- Motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
- Evidence experimental and responsible use of AI to improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Curious and eager to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
- Interest in the financial industry is important.
- Ability to showcase unique qualities and contributions to the team.
- Willingness to share achievements that match required skills, such as organizing fundraising events, participating in team sports, or learning challenging subjects.
