About the Role
As a Beau’s Bar Associate Bartender, you will craft high-quality cocktails while engaging with Yellow Rose customers in Beau’s Bar and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. You will create memorable guest experiences by connecting with guests and showing off your passions with mixology.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create a welcoming, inclusive environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies.
- Assist customers shopping in the store.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy shifts.
- Uphold all liquor laws and regulations, including checking IDs and monitoring responsible alcohol service.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ and hold a valid TABC license or the ability to obtain one.
- Must have a flexible schedule.
- Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs. for restocking and receiving shipments.
