About the Role
As the first face of Big Mamma, you will create the atmosphere from the very first moment, welcoming every guest with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality. You will manage reservations, organize the seating plan, and coordinate guest flow to ensure a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with warmth, energy and genuine hospitality
- Manage reservations and organize the seating plan efficiently
- Coordinate guest flow with the restaurant team throughout the service
- Create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, even during busy services
- Support guests with professionalism, empathy and attention to their needs
- Work closely with the service and management teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations or customer service is a plus
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and confident presence
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English is required
- German is a strong advantage
- Personality, empathy and genuine hospitality are valued
