About the Role
We are seeking a Regular Giving Programme Manager to ensure innovative approaches and excellent supporter experiences within our regular giving programs, including our popular Sponsor a Dog product.
Responsibilities
- Ensure successful delivery of regular giving programs, including Sponsor a Dog.
- Continually analyze and assess performance, reviewing plans as necessary.
- Develop new product opportunities and maintain existing ones.
- Provide an excellent sponsorship experience for long-term supporters.
- Lead and manage the Regular Giving team, embedding a high-performance culture.
- Provide strategic input, insight gathering, and analysis to projects.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a fundraising role, specifically in individual giving.
- Experience implementing supporter experience strategies and plans.
- Strong people management skills, including coaching and managing teams through change.
- Excellent communication skills for managing strategic conversations with stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships internally.
- Passion for the organization's work and the impact of fundraising.
