About the Role

This is a brand-new and exciting role at Kensa, offering the opportunity to help shape the future of our marketing function. As Marketing Executive, you'll work across content, email, social media, web and events, collaborating with teams across the business to turn technical expertise into engaging marketing that helps more people discover the benefits of ground source heat pumps. We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive, and eager to make an impact. This isn't a role where every process is already established. You'll have the opportunity to build new ways of working, improve marketing foundations, take ownership of projects, and bring fresh ideas to the table. As a business driven by a clear mission, Kensa offers the chance to build a meaningful career while helping accelerate the transition to low-carbon heating.

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning, creation and delivery of email campaigns across Kensa's key markets and customer groups.
  • Establish a regular newsletter programme, working with teams across the business to identify compelling stories, project updates and industry insights.
  • Monitor email campaign engagement and performance, using data and A/B testing to continually improve results.
  • Keep the website fresh, engaging, and aligned with the commercial focus and evolving brand.
  • Coordinate website content, imagery and user experience improvements to support lead generation and engagement.
  • Implement SEO and AI search optimisation (AEO) best practices to help more people discover Kensa's content and expertise.
  • Create and publish engaging content, including news articles, blogs, customer stories and campaign assets.
  • Design graphics and marketing materials for social media, email campaigns and digital channels.
  • Develop and maintain a library of templates, imagery and video assets that improve consistency and efficiency across the business.
  • Manage Kensa's organic social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Create and deliver content plans that increase brand awareness, engagement and audience growth.
  • Launch and grow initiatives such as a LinkedIn newsletter and work with the wider marketing team to expand our video and expert content.
  • Support the promotion of exhibitions, webinars, awards and industry events through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Measure event performance and identify opportunities to improve future activity.
  • Work closely with sales and subject matter experts to identify the events, awards and partnerships that will deliver the greatest impact for Kensa.
  • Help build and improve the processes, tools and resources that underpin Kensa's marketing activity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organisation and reporting across the marketing function.

  • Experience creating engaging short-form digital content across video, graphics, and visual storytelling formats.
  • Experience in construction, energy, renewables, built environment or similar sectors.
  • Creative, proactive and keen to take ownership.
