About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Building Services Technician to join our Facility Management team and contribute to our continued growth and future goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair work on technical systems and equipment.
- Ensure the functionality and operational safety of building technology, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Monitor and control building technology using building management systems.
- Coordinate and supervise external service providers and monitor their work.
- Report and document malfunctions and technical defects, initiating corrective actions.
Requirements
- Completed technical training in building services (e.g., sanitary, heating, air conditioning, electrical engineering, or comparable).
- Several years of professional experience is desirable.
- High service and customer orientation.
- Dedicated work style combined with communication skills.
- Good German language skills, reliability, and team spirit.
- Driver's license Class B.
- PC skills (especially MS Office, CAFM desirable).
