About the Role
Combine instructional design expertise with people leadership to deliver K-12 learning experiences. Direct digital course production and print/textbook publishing workflows, taking projects from concept to launch across international markets. Apply AI-enabled tools to curriculum design and production with a focus on learning science and educator judgment.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain quality standards for K-12 learning content and course design.
- Lead the design and sequencing of coherent, standards-aligned curricula across disciplines.
- Oversee end-to-end production for digital course content and print/textbook publishing.
- Direct development of unit plans, performance tasks, assessments, and instructional materials.
- Guide the adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflows for curriculum improvement and efficiency.
- Lead content development, testing, and sign-off across multiple markets, adapting for local requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to align content strategy with business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Deliver projects on time and to specification, managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Identify and act on training and communication opportunities related to materials use.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Subject-specific degrees are also welcome.
- Minimum 5–7 years' experience in curriculum or content development.
- Experience developing both digital learning content and print/textbook publishing.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, supervising content teams.
- Experience working across international, multi-market educational contexts.
