About the Role

The CRB Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a non-rotational 17-month program designed to provide a broad knowledge base, varied skills, and a diverse network. It offers hands-on experience and insights to shape your career within CRB.

Responsibilities

Gather information and analytics to assess and evaluate client risks to support market placement.
Create Loss Summaries, review program binders for accuracy, check policies, and assist brokers.
Prepare draft submission documents and finalize submissions for delivery with support.
Review quotes against specifications and develop side-by-side comparisons with support.
Prepare program proposals with support.
Develop client and prospect presentations to secure new and build on existing relationships with support.
Assist on deliverables for Client Renewal Strategy Meeting & RFPs.
Research market solutions to identify and develop optimum risk solutions for clients.
Facilitate initial introductions to carrier and trading partners.
Begin understanding of core insurance principles and brokerage concepts.
Ensure quality and compliance procedures and processes are adhered to.
Record and maintain all information accurately on the appropriate systems, including initial introduction to and utilization of Broking Platform.
Obtain the required insurance license within ninety (90) days of hire.
Obtain and maintain an active surplus lines license for your resident state within 120 days of hire or license acquisition.

Requirements

Must have completed a WTW 2026 summer internship.
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3.0 GPA.
Graduation date between May 2026 – May 2027.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Demonstration of strong time and task management skills.
Ability to take direction, receive constructive feedback and deliver accurate work product.
Relationship management and customer focus; ability to interface with customers and collaborate internally.
Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship.
