About the Role
As a Ground Floor Team Member, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming stay. This role involves a variety of tasks including check-ins, serving meals, answering questions, and maintaining public areas.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and help them check in
- Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
- Answer questions and help solve problems
- Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
- Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
- Ensure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
Requirements
- Must be able to stay calm when it's busy
