About the Role
Join a dynamic Restructuring & Recovery team where no two days are the same. You will support businesses, lenders, and stakeholders through periods of change, delivering practical solutions to complex financial and operational challenges. Gain hands-on exposure to diverse engagements, build strong client relationships, and develop expertise in a fast-paced, advisory-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Review receipt authority, payment authority, day one investigation letters and statutory forms.
- Conduct investigations into the affairs of a company/individual.
- Prepare ASIC reports.
- Assist with interviews of directors/bankrupts.
- Review work of Graduates.
- Identify, research, and resolve all complex issues.
- Prepare letters of demand.
- Assist with the trade on of a business, including the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Liaise with lawyers, agents, and auctioneers.
- Prepare reports to creditors, including financial analysis.
- Draft correspondence and act as the main point of contact for correspondence on engagements.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in a similar role.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
