About the Role
Eurofins Forensic Services (EFS) is seeking a Sales Manager for its Workplace Drug Testing (WDT) Sales team. This role involves establishing, planning, and implementing sales strategies to align with the Business Line strategy in the Eurofins Workplace Drug Testing Sector. The position offers a rewarding career in forensic testing within a market-leading company.
Responsibilities
- Establish, plan, and implement strategies for the development and delivery of all sales activities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base.
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by successfully managing sales executives.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
- Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Manage staff in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
- Provide line management to team members.
- Address training and development needs.
- Evaluate performance and provide appraisal.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the workplace drug testing market.
- Experience of people management in sales roles.
- Demonstrable track record of sales growth and commercial acumen in B2B market.
- Must have 5 years’ continuous UK residency to be eligible for vetting.
- Must inform the company if you come into contact with any firearms or ammunition.
