About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will establish, plan, and implement strategies for the development and delivery of all sales activities in alignment with the Business Line strategy in Eurofins- Workplace drug testing Sector. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and successful market-leading company with over 30 years’ experience in providing Forensic Services.
Responsibilities
- Establish, plan, and implement strategies for the development and delivery of all sales activities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base with the objective to double in size within 4 years.
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by successfully managing sales executives.
- Assess the teams’ strengths and weaknesses.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
- Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Manage staff in accordance with organisational policies and applicable regulations.
- Provide line management to team members.
- Address training and development needs.
- Evaluate performance and provide appraisal.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the workplace drug testing market.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and possesses the competence and team spirit to support others and contribute to a positive culture.
- Integrity and customer focus is at the heart of everything we do.
- Driven to exceed customer expectations.
- Promotes the voice of the customer.
- Experience of people management in sales roles.
- Demonstrable track record of sales growth and commercial acumen in B2B market.
- Must have 5 years’ continuous UK residency.
- Must inform us if you come into contact with any firearms or ammunition through work or any other reason as there will be precautions you will need to take in order to enter the premises.
- This also applies to persons involved in clay pigeon shooting, and those who regularly use any cartridge-based tools such as nail/stud guns.
