About the Role

GoMedicus is building Germany's first digital primary care provider, integrating practices, telemedicine, and B2B health channels with proprietary technology. We are expanding rapidly, acquiring and integrating existing practices. This role is crucial for supporting due diligence, financial modeling, and establishing robust controlling processes during this growth phase.

Responsibilities

Support due diligence for practice and MVZ acquisitions.
Prepare and validate target data including billing data, BWAs, financial statements, and personnel costs.
Build and maintain valuation and transaction models.
Manage the data room, Q&A process, and coordinate with advisors and counterparties during the SPA process.
Transfer target assumptions into integration planning and track actual developments post-closing.
Prepare documentation for debt, acquisition financing, and equity processes, and respond to bank and investor inquiries.
Develop group and entity planning, including liquidity, P&L, and working capital.
Create monthly management reporting with variance analyses.
Develop site and entity KPIs such as revenue per seat, contribution margin, personnel ratio, and utilization.
Collaborate with accounting and tax advisors during the month-end closing process.
Contribute to process documentation, reporting standards, and automation.

Requirements

Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
1-3 years of experience in Transaction Services, M&A, Corporate Finance, consulting, or the finance department of a high-growth company.
Very good Excel and financial modeling skills, proficient in handling large and messy datasets.
Analytical precision and pragmatic execution in lean structures.
Negotiation-level German and fluent English.
