About the Role
As a Supervisor, you will support the smooth running of the shop floor and deliver high service standards. You will actively support colleagues, maintain high standards of service, presentation, and store performance, and assist with daily operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
- Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
- Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards and company expectations.
- Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
- Strong interest in retail, solid product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote company values and behaviours.
- Positive and proactive leader who enjoys supporting colleagues and contributing to a busy retail environment.
- Effective problem-solver with strong customer service and resolution skills.
- Interest in visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Team-focused mindset with a positive, supportive approach.
