About the Role
You'll own a set of features inside a product area and work with a Senior Product Manager while you learn the business. Our teams cover trading and execution (order routing, settlement, corporate actions), tax-efficient investing and pensions (ISAs, SIPPs and German pension accounts), crypto, and client accounts and payments (onboarding, client money, cards and FX). You work directly with engineers and designers.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize features with your manager, based on client needs, product data, and commercial goals.
- Read and understand regulation, API documentation, and operational processes to form a position before Legal and Compliance review.
- Write detailed specifications including client journey, business rules, data, integrations, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage feature delivery through Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, with senior support.
- Oversee feature testing, launch, and post-launch activities including monitoring, client feedback, performance analysis, and iteration.
Requirements
- Shipped a product or set of features with the ability to detail successes and failures, including specific examples like rounding rules, time zones, incorrect rules, or API changes.
- Sufficient technical understanding to read documentation, follow data flows, and discuss system behavior with engineers.
- Proficiency in querying data and explaining all quoted figures.
- Demonstrated regular use of AI in product work, including best practices.
