About the Role
You'll own a product area end to end, including its legal and regulatory position. We're hiring across trading and execution, tax-efficient investing and pensions, crypto, and client accounts and payments. You will work directly with engineers, designers, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, and be accountable for both the client experience and the commercial result.
Responsibilities
- Decide what your area builds next, based on client needs, product data, and commercial goals, and defend the choice.
- Read and understand regulation, API documentation, and operational processes to form a position before Legal and Compliance review.
- Write detailed specifications covering client journey, business rules, data, integrations, and acceptance criteria for development and testing.
- Manage product decisions through delivery with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
- Oversee product testing and launch, followed by ongoing management including monitoring, client feedback, performance analysis, and iterative improvements.
Requirements
- A complex product that you have shipped and can discuss in detail, including any challenges or issues encountered.
- Sufficient technical understanding to read documentation, follow data flows, and reason about system behavior with engineers.
- Ability to query data independently and explain all quoted figures.
- Regular use of AI in product work, validated against documentation, data, and other primary sources.
