About the Role
As an Estate Manager, you will lead the management of a diverse portfolio of high-quality residential estates, ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will encompass financial oversight, maintenance coordination, and client communication to maintain operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Meet key milestones and KPIs, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Prepare service charge budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure robust financial control across your portfolio.
- Oversee both planned and reactive maintenance, working with trusted contractors to maintain property standards and resolve issues promptly.
- Lead meetings, maintain clear and professional communication, and build strong relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- A solid background in residential property management.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Confidence to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Ability to manage budgets.
- Ability to solve problems effectively.
- Experience in estate or property management.
- Confidence in handling budgets, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring financial control across multiple sites.
