About the Role
Join a leading digital investment and banking platform that empowers people in Europe to manage their finances. This role involves being a reliable point of contact for existing and potential customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and supporting operational processes within the Broker or Wealth Management division.
Responsibilities
- Provide reliable customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Support the execution of operational processes in Broker or Wealth Management.
- Coordinate tasks with internal teams and external partners.
- Assist the team with special projects.
- Develop and maintain sustainable customer relationships, becoming a competent point of contact.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Germany.
- Interest in financial markets.
- Availability for a 4-week onboarding period in Munich or Berlin.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Proactive and independent work style.
- Very good written and spoken German (C2 level) and English (C1 level).
- Previous internship or working student experience is a plus.
- Availability for 16-20 hours per week.
