About the Role

Healthengine's mission is to improve access to healthcare by helping Australians find and connect with all care providers. The Campaign & Comms Lead will manage and deliver provider marketing activity, execute prospect and customer nurture communications, and support ARPU growth through coordinated communications, campaigns, and events.

Responsibilities

  • Build, schedule, QA and optimize provider communications in HubSpot (EDMs, nurture journeys, automated campaigns).
  • Execute communications to support conversion through the funnel (Lead to MQL), and drive adoption/upsell messaging for existing customers (ARPU uplift).
  • Maintain audience segmentation, testing (A/B), reporting and continuous improvement for engagement and conversion.
  • Own deliverability basics (list hygiene inputs, unsubscribes, suppression logic, compliance checks).
  • Own and manage the Provider Marketing Calendar across email, events, social media, web updates and key moments.
  • Create and manage social media content for LinkedIn and Facebook, including planning, scheduling, and performance oversight through Metricool.
  • Coordinate priorities, timelines and stakeholder approvals (Marketing, Sales, Product, RevOps).
  • Ensure activity is sequenced correctly (pre-launch, launch, follow-up) and aligned to GTM plans.
  • Own the provider marketing CMS workflow: build, QA and publish landing pages and webforms to support provider campaigns, events, product releases, and content-led initiatives.
  • Partner with the Content Marketing & SEO Manager to implement landing pages required for content and SEO activity.
  • Implement website updates and enhancements scoped by the Provider Marketing Manager (e.g., layout, copy placement, CTA modules), aligned to CRO priorities.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops / RevOps to ensure tracking, UTMs, form routing and attribution are implemented correctly, and issues are resolved quickly.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver provider marketing events across verticals (large and small).
  • Own logistics and supplier management: venues, organisers, printers, signage, merchandise, booth assets, shipping, run sheets.
  • Create event briefing docs for internal teams (objectives, messaging, offers, lead capture process, follow-up plan).
  • Execute post-event follow-up communications and performance reviews to improve event lead to MQL conversion.
  • Deliver campaign assets that promote Healthengine’s provider brand (event collateral, landing pages, emails, social support assets).
  • Work with Design and stakeholders to produce creative briefs and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.
  • Support product marketing execution for the provider portfolio as required, ensuring consistent messaging and delivery quality.
  • Work with Marketing Ops to ensure regular reports highlight insights and advise recommended actions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing execution (campaign delivery, comms, events, conversion optimisation).
  • Hands-on marketing automation experience (HubSpot preferred): journeys, segmentation, testing, reporting.
  • Strong CMS capability (Wordpress or HubSpot preferred): building landing pages/webforms and applying conversion best practice.
  • Event planning and logistics experience, comfortable coordinating multiple suppliers/stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and ability to juggle multiple workstreams with tight deadlines.
  • Data-informed mindset: ability to interpret results and apply learnings quickly.
  • Driven by impact and results-oriented.
  • Combines a high attention to detail with big picture thinking.
  • Bias towards action and getting things done, with a done is better than perfect attitude: quality work, balancing priority with speed.
  • Voracious learner always looking to expand their skills.
  • Comfortable taking ownership and having accountability.
  • Creative, open minded and open to risk and trying something new.
  • Able to flourish in a rapidly-changing agile environment.
