About the Role
We are seeking individuals to join our team and provide security services, ensuring protection and trust with customized security concepts. We are a market leader in Berlin and the surrounding area, focusing on both customer satisfaction and employee well-being.
Responsibilities
- Recording and processing alarm and fault notifications
- Controlling and coordinating intervention forces
- Documenting processes and operations
- Creating statistics and analyses
- Serving as a point of contact for deployed employees on-site
Requirements
- Demonstrable professional experience in the security sector, ideally in an emergency and service control center (NSL)
- Very good German language skills
- Willingness to work shifts (12-hour shifts) including night, weekend, and holiday work
- Excellent communication skills and a polite, service-oriented approach to customers
- Good MS Office skills
- Experience in call centers or similar roles is advantageous
- Impeccable criminal record
- VdS certification as an NSL specialist or willingness to obtain it (excluding specific roles like Servicekraft für Schutz und Sicherheit, Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit, Meister für Schutz und Sicherheit)
