About the Role

We combine 3D modeling with energy efficiency and offer development opportunities to become an energy consultant.

Responsibilities

Create 3D building models for existing and new constructions.
Utilize Hottgenroth software for modeling and energy assessment.
Contribute to the creation of individual renovation plans (iSFPs).
Generate and prepare energy performance certificates.
Support the analysis and optimization of building energy efficiency.
Collaborate closely with internal project teams and energy consultants.

Requirements

Completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification (e.g., construction technician, architectural draftsman with relevant experience).
Experience in CAD and/or 3D modeling within a construction context.
Ideally, initial exposure to energy assessments or a strong interest in the field.
Structured and meticulous work approach.
Team player with an interest in professional development.
