- Deliver scripts grounded in real analysis as engaging videos.
- Sustain energy, clarity, and personality across longer video runtimes.
- Build audience trust and engagement across YouTube, articles, and community.
- Develop a personal brand as a trusted investment voice.
- Film on a predictable weekly cadence to support a steady publishing schedule.
- Collaborate with editorial and video production teams, incorporating feedback quickly.
- Be comfortable with a channel and publication in build mode, providing input into what works.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years writing about markets, investing, or finance, ideally for a consumer or investor audience.
- Existing on-camera experience in any sector.
- Deep global market fluency, following the global news cycle closely.
- Understanding of earnings season and what moves stocks.
- Experienced stock investor with knowledge of fundamental analysis and portfolio management.
- Comfortable talking about stocks and markets on camera.
- Familiarity with long-form YouTube conventions (pacing, structure, holding attention).
- Self-editing and reliable, able to run own pipeline with light oversight.
- Comfortable adopting AI tools for research and production.
