About the Role
As a Senior Strategy & Project Manager in the Management Office, you will independently manage strategic projects with high business impact and primarily support our management as an analytical sparring partner on key corporate issues. You will drive high-impact initiatives, keep an eye on relevant KPIs, and thus contribute directly to LIQID's successful management and further development. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insights into the management and various areas of one of the most innovative scale-ups in financial services and to directly influence LIQID's further development.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact initiatives end-to-end, drive their implementation, and be deeply involved in the subject matter to develop the best possible solutions.
- Monitor all relevant KPIs, derive well-founded recommendations, and contribute to making data-driven decisions. Act as a key sparring partner for our management.
- Create decision bases, business cases, and analyses on key strategic issues, and ensure that strategic priorities are implemented efficiently.
- Identify potential improvements in processes and structures within or across teams and drive continuous organizational development.
- Work closely with Executive and Leadership Teams as well as specialist departments, coordinate across team boundaries, and ensure smooth implementation.
- Act as a central interface between our CEO, management, and external stakeholders. Maintain contact with partners and investors, prepare updates and documents, and support the CEO and management in strategic discussions.
Requirements
- An excellent degree from a top-tier business school, business or technical university with a focus on economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital, or in a comparable strategic role (ideally with a connection to financial services or tech scale-ups).
- Demonstrable experience in leading and implementing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Quick comprehension, a strong feel for numbers, and a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native-level German and very good English skills.
- Proactivity, assertiveness, and the ability to find pragmatic solutions in a dynamic environment.
