This role supports the oversight and improvement of the Westpac Code of Conduct and related conduct risk initiatives, aiming to deliver fair outcomes for customers and the community. You will embed strong decision-making practices and foster a culture of good conduct across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the Code of Conduct.
- Support alignment between the Code and key policies.
- Develop practical guidance and learning resources.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen conduct risk capability.
- Provide insights into conduct risk themes.
- Contribute to governance reporting.
- Support assurance activities.
Requirements
