About the Role

Join Discova as a Contracting Executive to shape a high-quality travel product portfolio, source, manage, promote, and optimize travel products, and build strong supplier relationships. This role offers growth within a global travel business in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day product sourcing activities.
  • Contact suppliers to secure contracting documentation and packs.
  • Source rate agreements and encourage supplier participation in campaigns.
  • Secure product content, descriptions, and images for sales channels.
  • Maintain supplier contracts and documentation per One Best Way policies.
  • Ensure Contract Masterfile accuracy and currency.
  • Coordinate product and rate updates via Fresh Service for speed-to-market.
  • Manage supplier connectivity and distribution opportunities.
  • Investigate and resolve product-related questions and issues.
  • Benchmark contracts and promotions for competitiveness and margin maximization.
  • Utilize system reports to identify and resolve rate and availability issues.
  • Manage supplier email communications and track responses.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts on contracting standards and SOPs.
  • Promote preferred suppliers.
  • Meet targets and deadlines.
  • Participate in training and development.
  • Continuously build knowledge of the Discova product portfolio.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years of experience in Travel or Contracting.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills with adaptability to change.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a solution-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel for business when required.
