About the Role

The Digital Career Institute (DCI) is a leading provider of digital further education in Germany, helping individuals transition into new careers by connecting education, the job market, and companies. We are seeking a freelancer to support us daily, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 12 PM.

Responsibilities

• Teach generalist HR fundamentals to beginners using a defined curriculum.
• Motivate participants and support them in achieving their individual best performance.
• Document participant attendance, progress, and performance.
• Foster a positive group dynamic in a purely online setting to ensure a pleasant learning and working environment.
• Collaborate closely with learning and career teams to deliver an engaging and practical training experience.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of learning content based on current market trends.

Requirements

• Generalist HR knowledge, e.g., through studies or relevant training.
• Proficiency with DATEV in HR (e.g., payroll/master data maintenance) is required.
• Ability to lead learning processes, teach dynamically, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Ability to empathetically guide participants, manage group dynamics, and foster motivation and trust for effective learning.
• Openness to digital, cross-departmental collaboration in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to actively supporting individuals in their career development and job market entry.
• Very good German language skills for teaching and sufficient English skills for meetings.
