Responsibilities

Take on strategic and operational leadership of complex software development, SAP, or transformation projects.
Manage external and internal stakeholders at C-level and lead global teams using classic and agile approaches.
Manage strategically important and challenging large-scale projects and programs.
Plan the strategy for the successful realization of large-scale projects and accompany the individual process steps.
Assemble a project team and ensure clear definition of tasks and responsibilities.
Identify and actively represent potential claims against our customers.
Manage requirements, scope, and backlog.
Establish an efficient risk management system, identify and resolve potential process obstacles.
Ensure the delivery of agreed-upon deliverables and successfully navigate challenging project situations.
Be accountable for projects to customers, internal and external service providers, and management.

Requirements

Completed training or a degree in IT or Business.
At least 10 years of experience in IT project management of software development projects.
Successfully completed several large projects/programs in various subject areas.
Experience with projects involving 100+ employees and near/offshore components.
Experience in creating requirement analyses in complex projects within an agile environment.
Detailed knowledge of contract, risk, and claim management.
