About the Role

The Process Blueprint Lead owns the methodology and standards for redesigning processes across all transformation programs. This role is the primary design thinker, mapping current processes, designing the future-state human + AI operating model, and ensuring consistent, high-quality blueprints for reinvention initiatives. This position is at the intersection of business design and AI enablement.

Responsibilities

Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across all transformation workstreams, ensuring a consistent approach before technology build.
Lead current-state process assessments to understand how work is done, identify friction points, and analyze productivity and capacity data.
Design the future-state operating model, including human + AI process flows, role definition changes, and governance structures.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client leaders to drive design decisions with rigor.
Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable defining the reinvented operating model and execution foundations.
Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to ensure blueprints align with quantified value and are technically executable.

Requirements

At least 8 years of combined experience in enterprise process redesign or operating model transformation at a top-tier consulting firm or leading Life Sciences organization.
Demonstrated experience designing future-state operating models, not just documenting existing processes.
Proven track record facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and driving alignment across functional leaders with competing priorities on large-scale transformation programs.
Experience designing human + AI process flows, governance structures, and ways of working for enterprise transformation programs.
Strong understanding of how agentic AI, automation, and AI-enabled workflows are reshaping Life Sciences functional operations (commercial, enterprise, regulatory, manufacturing, or supply chain).
Experience working across cross-functional teams including technologists, data engineers, and change practitioners.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as client and business needs require.
