About the Role
We are looking for you as a Senior Consultant Microsoft 365 & SharePoint (w/m/d) for our Consulting division.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the introduction, further development, and optimization of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions.
- Develop concepts for modern digital workplaces and collaborative work models with clients.
- Take responsibility for technical conception, workshops, and implementation in national and international transformation projects.
- Integrate SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other M365 services into sustainable digital workplace solutions.
- Evaluate new features related to Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Employee Experience to create added value for clients.
Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree in Business Informatics, Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable course of study.
- Several years of experience in consulting, conception, or implementation of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions.
- Sound knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or related modern workplace technologies; relevant Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills enabling collaboration in international project environments.
- Structured work approach, confident moderation of demanding workshops, and ability to translate technical requirements into digital solutions.
