About the Role
In this role, you will advise clients on financial and accounting aspects of share purchase agreements, purchase price determinations post-closing, and M&A disputes for private equity and corporate clients during transactions. You will work closely with national and international clients to achieve the best possible value in the purchase price determination process during the buying and selling phases. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and PwC experts, you will help clients identify transaction risks and develop solutions. Utilizing the latest technologies and customized AI solutions, you will accelerate strategic decisions and lay the foundation for sustainable transaction success.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in financial and accounting aspects of share purchase agreements.
- Advise on purchase price determinations post-closing.
- Assist with M&A disputes for private equity and corporate clients.
- Achieve the best possible value in purchase price determination during buying and selling processes.
- Identify transaction risks and develop solution proposals with an interdisciplinary team.
- Accelerate strategic decisions using the latest technologies and AI solutions.
Requirements
- Completed studies in economics or law.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing, transaction advisory, or controlling.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach to clients.
