About the Role
Join our team as a Customer Service / Sales Representative in full-time at our Berlin station. You will leverage your service experience from hospitality, tourism, retail, or similar fields, along with your sales skills, in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers and sell additional services.
- Create and process rental agreements using our reservation system.
- Perform other administrative back-office tasks, including customer correspondence, complaint management, and vehicle disposition.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training (e.g., travel agent, hotel clerk, retail clerk) or initial relevant professional experience in service-oriented fields (e.g., sales, reception, travel agency, call center, flight attendant).
- Career changers are welcome.
- Valid driver's license.
- Confident command of the English language.
- Open-minded and communicative personality.
- Hands-on mentality and strong team spirit.
