About the Role
The Associate serves as a subject matter resource for product data and reporting processes, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of information used across internal and external platforms. The role collaborates with business partners to gather information, resolve data issues, and deliver timely reporting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collect and provide data to support the Institutional Sales Team, Consultant Relations Team and Client Managers with business development efforts.
- Partner with the RFP Team to complete data sections in RFPs, sometimes requiring quick turn-around times.
- Understand data storage and warehousing, retrieve data, and manage it in a client-friendly and legally compliant format for ad-hoc data and reporting requests.
- Update data owners and sales teams on progress, status, and issues related to ad-hoc data projects.
- Provide product advice and information to all areas of the company.
- Manage multiple, large-scale cross-departmental projects.
- Support consultant database management and improve current processes through automation, including performance reporting, marketing materials, ad hoc data requests, competitive analysis, and product-related research.
Requirements
- Significant experience in product, business development, client management, or operations within asset/wealth management, consulting, or investment banking.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong execution and follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and build partnerships across functions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Communications, or related field preferred).
