Responsibilities
- Improve search and enrichment across Exa, Crustdata, and Apollo to help customers find individuals they previously couldn't reach.
- Source more accurate contact details at a reduced cost using providers such as Findymail, ContactOut, and OpenMart.
- Scale email sending capabilities via Gmail API, Resend, and SMTP, enhancing deliverability and reliability with increasing volume.
- Automate research, follow-ups, reply handling, and booking processes to increase request success rates with reduced manual effort.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a strong, product-minded engineer with ownership of significant production systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in large-scale email systems, people-data integrations, or workflow automation.
- Ability to transition between API and data challenges to deliver a refined customer experience.
- Experience as a founder or an early-stage startup employee is highly advantageous.
- Ambitious, resourceful, and capable of working at a fast pace.
- Desire for broad ownership and the ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information.
- Commitment to seeing tasks through to completion and ensuring customers benefit from improvements.
